You are responsible for the data you enter. MotoKas tries to present overviews clearly, but cannot guarantee that all calculations or reminders are always complete or error-free.

We work on a reliable app, but cannot guarantee that MotoKas is always available without interruptions or errors.

5. Intellectual property

The MotoKas name, logo, design, text and software remain the property of MotoKas or the rights holders. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MotoKas is not liable for damage caused by use of the app, incorrect input, missed reminders or decisions you make based on the app.
